Customer Order Processing Coordinator
The Customer Order Processing Coordinator will coordinate and correspond with internal and external customers on accounts within the Retail Sales business unit. Primary functions include processing all incoming customer orders from various sources including sales team, EDI and email. This position will manage assigned accounts which will include, open orders, back orders and custom programs. This position collaborates closely with sales, business analysts, product development, sourcing, purchasing and licensing teams to execute all orders for Outdoor Cap custom overseas programs.
