Chief Operations Officer
The Jones Trust/Jones Center is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Our organization is looking for a COO capable of taking us to the next level. You will work alongside the CEO, CFO and General Manager to execute the company vision. Successful applicant must have verifiable leadership, team management & interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel inside & outside of The Jones Center/Jones Trust.
Responsibilities include:
Oversight of operations to meet business goals. Empower the operation team to complete initiatives. Manage physical operations & maintenance of all Jones Trust properties. Partner with other C level executives to accomplish operational goals. Measure & report on operational performance & develop plans to improve key performance indicators. The successful candidate will be experienced in Business & Facilities management.
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in supervision in job related fields. 3 years experience preferred in residential or commercial construction. Must have a degree in Operations, Facilities or Business Management or related field. Candidate must be self-motivated, have outstanding communication, social, and organizational skills, ability to effectively perform several very different management functions, assume responsibility independently, delegate responsibilities efficiently & maintain accurate records. Must have excellent analytical & abstract reasoning skills.
